- The deposit secures a place on the tour.
- Spots on guided tours are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The outstanding balance must be paid 60 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise stated in the relevant tour description.
- If full payment is not received by the due date, NMT may treat the reservation as cancelled and apply cancellation fees under these terms.
Important

- Replacement is free of charge until 60 days before departure.

- If a driver and/or passenger is changed without notifying NMT, an additional fee of USD 500 will be charged.

Minimum Number of Participants
All tour packages are guaranteed departures with a guide on a motorcycle. A tour will operate with a minimum of 2 participants (2 riders).
NMT is not liable for additional losses caused by package cancellation due to insufficient participants, including prepaid airfare, hotel reservations, or vehicle rentals.
Insurance, Tour Prices & Price Changes
Insurance
All motorcycles are insured with third-party liability insurance and comprehensive vehicle insurance. A USD 2,500 security deposit must be secured by credit card or paid in cash to NMT at motorcycle hand-over, unless waived by additional insurance coverage.

- Motorcycle Damage Insurance, Cancellation Order Insurance, and Travel & Medicine Insurance may also be available as separate options.
- If the rider takes motorcycle damage insurance or full cover insurance, no deposit fee is required.
Tour Prices and Price Changes
Tour prices on the website and literature are based on the selected motorcycle and tour package. Riders pay according to the chosen motorcycle model. Passengers joining on the same NMT motorcycle pay the applicable passenger rate.
- Published prices are those in effect at the time of printing or publication.
- On rare occasions beyond NMT’s control, tour prices may change up to 60 days before the tour starts.
- NMT reserves the right to correct typographical and calculation errors at any time.

NMT will attempt to provide the requested motorcycle model but may substitute a comparable model if required due to technical defects, accidents, theft, delivery issues, or similar uncontrollable situations.
If NMT cannot provide a comparable model, a prorated refund for any model-rate difference may be issued. NMT will make every effort to contact the rider before any substitution.

The rider is liable for all damage to the rented motorcycle, parts, accessories, and documents during the tour period, including theft, accidental damage, operational damage, improper use, and damage reducing vehicle value.
